This is a remote-centric opportunity that is in Industry in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This is not in Public Accounting! Candidates must lives in the Pittsburgh, PA area but will only require travel into the office 2 days a week during non-busy times and will be remote during crunch times. It is very flexible.

Client is looking for a Tax Manager but would consider a Tax Senior or Senior Manager level candidates.

ResponsibilitiesPreparation of tax returns for Partnerships, Trusts and Individual Tax ReturnsAssist w/ research on various tax matters, primarily in the federal estate, gift, charitable planning, and generation-skipping tax areasAssist in the modeling of estate planning strategiesMaintaining status schedules for extensions and returns including tax payments made, refunds received and state filing requirements.Calculating quarterly tax projections and extension calculations for all entity types.Help gather documentation and perform a detailed review of shareholder income tax returns and related workpapers.Respond to IRS and other tax authority notices.
