Senior manager – strategic finance (cfo office)

Curadev is a fast‐growing biotech company advancing global clinical programs, based in Noida, India with offices in the UK and the US as well. We are looking for a sharp, high‐ownership Strategic Finance professional to work directly with our CFO.

What You will Do

Build long‐range financial models & strategic scenarios Drive budgeting, forecasting & monthly performance reviews Support fundraising, investor diligence & Board reporting Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP as applicable) Coordinate external audits and support statutory reporting requirements Partner with R& D & Clinical Ops on trial budgets and cost drivers Shape global finance architecture (entities, intercompany, TP, FX)

Who You Are

CA/CPA (required); MBA is a plus 3–7 years in FP& A, corporate finance, consulting or strategic finance Strong modeling + analytical skills Experience in biotech/pharma/R& D‐heavy industries is a bonus Thrive in a lean, high‐growth, global environment
