General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Shreveport, LA

We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This position allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with, but not limited to, surgical extractions, denture steps, digital dentures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Nov 25
Schedule: 8a-6p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 3 DA, 1 RDH

Requirements

• Active Louisiana dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
