Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Lead Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12–18 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery, preferably with leading design studios or architectural firms. The candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional design expertise, and a proven track record of managing complex architectural projects from concept through execution.

As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for driving the design vision, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage architectural design projects from conceptualization to completion.

* Develop innovative design strategies and establish best practices to ensure efficient project execution.

* Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into creative and functional design solutions.

* Review and oversee the preparation of architectural concepts, working drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.

* Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

* Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, statutory requirements, and industry standards.

* Conduct site visits, design reviews, and quality inspections to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

* Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

* Participate in business development activities, including client presentations, proposal preparation, design competitions, and project pitches.

* Drive innovation by incorporating sustainable design practices and emerging architectural trends into projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

* Professional registration/licensure as an Architect is preferred.

* 12–18 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.

* Experience working with reputed architectural or design firms is highly desirable.

* Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.

* Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.

* Excellent project planning, budgeting, and execution capabilities.

* Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant architectural design software.

* Strong understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and statutory approvals.

* Outstanding presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
