WPS are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on our newly secured SHDF Retrofit contract in Oxfordshire. This is a high-impact programme targeting energy efficiency upgrades across800 properties.As the PM you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 standards and managing a multidisciplinary team. The role reports into our Operations LeadLead the delivery of SHDF retrofit works including EWI, roof insulation, windows and doors, solar PV, and air source heat pumpsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsManage subcontractors and internal teamsMaintain compliance with health and safety and PAS2035 regulationsProvide regular updates to stakeholders and clientsProven experience in planned works or retrofit projectsStrong leadership and organisational skillsKnowledge of PAS2035 and SHDF retrofit standardsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and teamsExperience in social housing environments is highly desirableGiven the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
