Managing your own caseload of complex, litigated non-DA fraud matters Handling predominantly hourly rate motor fraud claims through to resolution Ensuring claims are progressed professionally, efficiently, and in line with client expectations Working within our case management system to maintain accuracy and compliance Meeting MI reporting requirements and adhering to Client Service Level Agreements Conducting advocacy at applications and Case Management Conferences where required Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge through training and sharing insights with colleagues and clients Previous experience managing a full and varied caseload in a similar role Experience or knowledge of Personal Injury claims (defendant experience desirable) Background in counter-fraud insurance work is preferred Open to solicitors, legal executives, or experienced non-qualified claims handlers Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach Ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Confident communicator, with the ability to engage in advocacy and public speaking 25 days' annual leave (rising to 30 with service) Holiday Buy Scheme Life Insurance & Income Protection Private Medical Insurance & Healthcare Cash Plan Employee Assistance Programme & Digital GP services Pension Scheme Electric Car Scheme Enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Leave Hybrid & Flexible Working Options Discounted Gym Membership & Employee Discount Hub Flu & Eyecare Vouchers – and more! xrexnqw
