Senior Plaintiff Employment Attorney | Newark, NJ – Up to $400K + Bonus

Location/Schedule: Newark, NJ. Four days per week in the office, with some flexibility.Base Salary: $200K–$400K, plus performance-based bonuses and merit increases.Practice: Plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class actions and complex employment litigation.

What You’ll Actually Do:Manage wage-and-hour class actions and complex employment matters.Draft and argue dispositive and discovery-related motions.Lead written discovery and meet-and-confer processes.Take and defend depositions.Attend court conferences, hearings and other proceedings.Oversee case strategy, deadlines and junior team members.
Requirements:Five or more years of civil-litigation experience.Active New Jersey Bar admission.Plaintiff employment, wage-and-hour or class-action experience.Strong discovery, motion-practice, deposition and oral-advocacy skills.Ability to manage sophisticated matters and travel occasionally. xzbcwsv
