Full-time Hospice CNA – Pierce County, WA Agency: Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice of Pierce County Pay: $23–$30/hour, DOE Schedule: Flexible full-time Puget Sound Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA to join our interdisciplinary team . In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care in homes, adult family homes, and facilities, supporting patients and families through end-of-life care with comfort, dignity, and compassion. - Travel to multiple patient homes each day, providing 4–6 visits on average
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
- Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditions
- Administer medications under nurse supervision
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on individualized care plans
- Document patient care accurately and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Washington State
- Experience in home health or hospice agency highly preferred
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic
- Reliable, insured transportation and valid WA driver’s license
