We are looking for an experienced Ex-Armed Forces Officer to lead our institution as Director Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school. Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, patriotism, and excellence. Lead academic planning while ensuring high educational standards. Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff. Develop leadership, personality development, and defence-oriented training programs. Ensure compliance with CBSE and other statutory guidelines. Build strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders. Monitor student discipline, safety, and overall campus operations. Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth initiatives. Mentor staff and create a high-performance work culture.

Eligibility

Ex-Armed Forces Officer (Indian Army / Navy / Air Force) – Mandatory Officer rank with distinguished service record. Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred. B. Ed./M. Ed. preferred. Experience in educational leadership or training institutions will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills.

Experience

15+ years of professional leadership experience Prior experience in school administration or educational institutions is preferred but not mandatory.
