Radiology Scheduling and Support Associate

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Imaging Support Services Associate to support imaging departments across our network. In this role, you’ll manage imaging orders, patient scheduling, and exam preparation while ensuring accurate data entry in radiology information and electronic medical record systems. You will coordinate with technologists, nurses, and physicians to maintain smooth imaging workflows, assist with patient check-in, verify insurance and documentation, and uphold safety, privacy, and quality standards.
