We are looking for an Accounts Executive responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions. Prepare and file GST returns accurately within statutory deadlines. Manage TDS calculations, returns, and payments. Handle PF and ESI calculations, filings, and compliance. Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documents. Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and expense statements. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities when required. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory regulations. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance. Experience with accounting software such as Tally/ERP. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and reconciliation skills. Ability to manage statutory deadlines independently. Good communication and coordination skills.
