Demi is a proactive AI teammate that works inside the tools you already use - Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, meeting notes (Granola, Fireflies), and your CRM (HubSpot) - to keep your work moving without elaborate setup or training. It drafts in your voice, preps you before meetings and follows up after them, turns transcripts into briefs and action items, keeps your CRM and docs in sync, and runs recurring workflows so nothing falls through the cracks - all from a single Mac app that understands your context, your role, and your company. Think of Demi as a productivity layer built for client-facing professionals - sales leaders, founders, VCs, and customer success teams - who need a reliable co-pilot that stays on top of what matters and keeps working even when they're on the go. We're building something akin to what Superhuman did for email and WisprFlow for voice - a tool so good at understanding you that it feels less like software and more like a trusted teammate.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce product showcase videos, feature walkthroughs, and short-form Reels/Shorts that bring Demi's actual capabilities (email drafting, meeting prep, CRM sync, workflows) to life for a paid social and organic audience.

• Own motion graphics for ads, landing pages, and social - animated UI callouts, kinetic typography, transitions, and explainer-style sequences.

• Use AI image and video generation tools to speed up asset production - backgrounds, b-roll, stylised visuals, and rapid iteration on creative concepts - alongside traditional editing and animation.

• Edit and polish screen-capture footage (Screen Studio or similar) into clean, engaging product demos.

• Collaborate with the performance marketing and design team to iterate on video variants based on A/B test results and ad performance data.

• Translate briefs and campaign concepts into compelling motion narratives that communicate Demi's value proposition clearly and memorably.

• Maintain a consistent motion and visual language across product videos, ads, and social content, in step with the broader brand design system.

• Support video needs for decks, launches, and social content as the brand scales.

What We Need

• 1-2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Motion Designer, ideally in a startup, agency, or digital marketing environment.

• A strong reel showing motion graphics work, product/explainer videos, and short-form social content - even personal or freelance projects count.

• Hands-on skill with motion and editing tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere) plus Screen Studio or similar for screen-recorded product content.

• Comfort using AI video and image generation tools to create or accelerate asset production.

• Genuine understanding of what makes a video perform well on paid and organic social - you think in terms of hook, pacing, and message clarity.

• Curiosity about AI, productivity tools, and B2B/SaaS branding - you'll be creating for a product that professionals use daily.

• Ability to receive feedback gracefully, iterate quickly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
