Role: Salesforce developer - Mobile Experience: 10-13 years Location: Chennai Responsibilities: Salesforce-based APEX Coding, LWC Components, deployment, and support Troubleshooting of technical/functional issues faced by users and Business Admins on Salesforce Integration with SAP and 3rd party Apps Escalating IT issues to relevant stakeholders for problem resolution in a timely manner Co-ordination with BU Admins and Business Team Co-ordination with service provider Periodical review & reporting on responsibilities & KPIs Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM platform development.
