We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure a safe and efficient work environment, and lead a high-performing team. This role is responsible for maintaining operational standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting overall branch performance.
What You'll Do
Enforce and maintain all facility safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employeesMaintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure proper operation of equipmentIdentify and resolve safety concerns and operational issues within the warehouseDevelop, implement, and improve warehouse operational proceduresCross-train team members across warehouse functions to ensure flexibility and efficiencyMonitor attendance and adjust staffing assignments as needed to meet operational demandsMeasure, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and employee performanceAddress employee concerns in a professional and timely manner, fostering a positive team environmentAssist with warehouse tasks as needed to meet branch schedules and customer commitmentsPromote teamwork, accountability, and alignment with company goalsPerform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Associate’s degree requiredMinimum of 6 years of related warehouse or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
