Industrial Engineer – Construction Operations

Faith Technologies is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize workflows, productivity, and safety across our construction and industrial projects. In this role, you will analyze processes, layout, and material flow; develop standard work; and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods. You will collaborate with project managers, field leaders, and engineering teams to reduce waste, improve quality, and support prefabrication strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, safety-focused, and comfortable working on active job sites and in industrial environments.
