Job Summary

We are hiring a Manager - Learning Design & Programme Delivery to lead the design of learning content and the end-to-end programme management of ISIM's corporate trainings, executive leadership coaching engagements & educational programs.

The role has two halves. The first is instructional design: converting learning frameworks and session objectives into workbooks, exercises, assessments and facilitator guides. The second is programme management: owning timelines, session scheduling, documentation, client reporting and vendor coordination across a multi-phase, multi-participant engagement.

The role will directly work & report to Sonia Dubey Dewan, Founder ISIM.


Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Content Development

  • Design end-to-end learning experiences: activity flows, session timings, debrief structures and facilitation plans
  • Develop participant-facing collateral including workbooks, reflection sheets, assignments, handouts and playbooks
  • Create facilitator guides and session notes for the Lead Consultant
  • Build and maintain assessment instruments, scoring frameworks, self-assessment tools and comparison formats
  • Prepare post-session assets: learning summaries, follow-up assignments, feedback analysis and reporting
  • Build and maintain a reusable content library and template repository across engagements


Programme & Project Management

  • Own the master programme plan, phase milestones, dependencies and critical path
  • Schedule and coordinate one-to-one executive coaching sessions across senior leadership clients
  • Maintain participant documentation with disciplined file structure, naming conventions and version control
  • Prepare monthly client status reports and internal weekly progress, risk and escalation reports
  • Maintain RAID log, decision log and change control documentation
  • Coordinate and manage internal & external specialists - graphic designers, videographers, photographers and AV vendors


Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day coordination point with client HR and L&D teams
  • Manage scheduling and correspondence with senior executive participants
  • Ensure confidentiality and data handling standards across all participant records


Other Engagements

Support learning design, proposal development and delivery across ISIM's wider client portfolio

Progress towards co-facilitation and independent delivery on selected engagements over time


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Corporate L&D, Learning Experience Design, Organisational Development or Learning Operations
  • Working knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated portfolio of self-authored learning assets - workbooks, facilitator guides, exercises and assessment tools (portfolio required at application)
  • Strong project management capability with proven ownership of timelines, milestones and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Excellent written English suitable for board-level and CXO-facing documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior executives
  • High proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or MS Planner)
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential assessment and coaching data


AI Proficiency (Mandatory)

Candidates must demonstrate working, day-to-day command of AI tools across the following categories familiarity alone will not suffice: ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, NotebookLM, Notion AI
