AuVitronics Limited, a member of the House of Habib group, is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst for its Finance department located in Port Qasim, Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices promptly.
• Enter invoices and payments accurately in the SAP system.
• Create, verify and maintain payment, receipt, journal and other financial vouchers.
• Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist with account reconciliations and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Support daily finance and accounting activities.
• Contribute to month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
• Provide documents for internal and external audits.
• Maintain organized finance records and files.
• Handle additional finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Who Should Apply

• Holds an MBA degree or is an ACCA finalist.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Proficient in SAP for billing and payment processing.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Effective communicator and able to work collaboratively.
