Are you an experienced Planner & Scheduler looking to help shape the future of advanced reactor technology?

Role Overview:

As the Senior Planner & Scheduler , you'll play a critical role in transforming cutting-edge engineering concepts into executable project plans. You'll own the master schedule, partner closely with engineering leadership, and help bridge the gap between design, procurement, manufacturing, and future EPC execution.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level master schedules using Oracle Primavera P6
• Build and manage complex Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for engineering and deployment programs
• Coordinate directly with engineering teams to track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Support the transition from design and development into procurement and EPC execution
• Establish project controls processes, reporting, change control, and schedule governance
• Collaborate with leadership to provide accurate schedule forecasts and progress reporting
• Interface with manufacturing, supply chain, and project delivery stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls (required)
• Expert-level proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 (required)
• Experience supporting large-scale engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, energy, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC programs (preferred)
• Nuclear energy, advanced reactor, government, defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries
• EPC project delivery environments
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or Project Operations
• Manufacturing or modular construction programs
