Acccounting Director – Senior Controller-Job Description Position Summary The Director provides leadership and oversight for the Company's accounting and financial operations. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this position manages the Controller and accounting team while ensuring the effective execution of payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax compliance, cash management, and financial reporting activities. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the finance and accounting function, including team leadership, process improvement, internal controls, and financial insight. The successful candidate will combine strong financial expertise with business acumen and the ability to build accountability, develop employees, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Leadership it's ensuring the entire finance function operates effectively. The ideal candidate will have staffing industry experience and expertise with Managed Service Provider/ Vendor Management systems in a multi-state operation. This individual will take ownership of the department, develop people, improve processes, hold teams accountable, and provide sound financial leadership that supports the overall success of the business.
