We’re Hiring | Manager : New Business Development Delhi NCR India & International Markets Full-time FUSELEC is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Manager – New Business Development to lead new customer acquisition, market development and business growth across India and international markets. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new customers, markets and business opportunities • Build strong relationships with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, panel builders, distributors and channel partners • Manage the complete opportunity cycle from initial enquiry to quotation, negotiation and order conversion • Develop new export markets and strategic channel partnerships • Coordinate with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to address customer requirements • Represent FUSELEC at customer meetings, business visits, industry forums, exhibitions and international events • Present the company’s products, capabilities and value proposition professionally to customers and business partners Candidate Profile • Relevant experience in Business Development, Industrial Sales, Export Sales or Key Account Management • Experience in electrical, switchgear, power distribution or related industrial products preferred • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills • Confident and professional in representing the company with customers and industry stakeholders • Engineering and/or Business Management qualification preferred • Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally How to Apply Interested candidates may share their updated resume along with: • Current CTC • Expected CTC • Notice Period • Current Location Email to: | Subject: Application – Manager, New Business Development Your Name
