Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities : 1. Planning and execution of engineering changes at engine assembly as released by R&D. 2. Coordinate hassle free introduction of new models (engine side) as per management plans. 3. Budget planning and execution for ensuring capacity as per management plans. 4. Provide technical support to vendors for improving capacity, quality and productivity. 5. Coordinate with MTD, Automation team to convert manual process into automation. 6. Plan to analyze to improve line RFT / OEE. 7. Provide support to inhouse production shops to improve in PQCDSM parameters. 8. Coordinate with R&D, CD, Materials and vendor for new module development, engineering change implementation as and when required. 9. Resolve critical to quality defects occurring in engine
