KRA Responsible for teaching a requisite number of courses. To review, evaluate and supervise academic progress of students. To timely monitor and observe the students attendance and assessments. To provide guidance and supervision to the students for their research and internships related work. To conduct research and publishing papers in well-known journals academic journals. To write proposals towards securing funding for research. To provide assistance and support to the Dept. on various accreditation related requirements To develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning, as appropriate To continuously update new curricula and course frameworks as desirable according to the market needs and requirements To adapt new technology towards developing and implementing innovative instructional methods. To create innovative and implement career-enhancement programs and activities. To participate in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to the Dept. To provide support in the admission process of the school and marketing team as required. Qualifications: Ph.D in Law LL.M. with minimum 55 % marks from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Associate Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry. Skills requirements : Published works is highly desirable Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills A good record of attending conferences and academic events Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal A passion for teaching and engaging with students Patience, understanding, and willingness to help Good Communication Good presentation Good understanding of Media and General Studies.
