Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a well-established stone contractor operating across the UK construction sector, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in central London.

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

Procurement and estimating support
Management of subcontractor packages and payments
Preparation and submission of applications for payment
Monthly valuations and cost reporting
Management of variations and change control
Preparation and agreement of final accounts
Client liaison and commercial reporting
Commercial management of multiple live projects

Strong commercial experience within construction, ideally with a specialist subcontractor or SME
5–10 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying / Commercial role
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost control
HNC / HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
