At Rilith, we are hiring for the Operations Manager – AI Data role. We are looking for highly energetic candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Own our channels to hire partners as per project requirements
• Assist in the hiring process of internal team members
• Own the operations of Data projects:
• Manage the workforce during projects to achieve targets on time
• Liaise with the workforce and clients
• Own the pipeline for collaborating with new partners and environments
• Handle data operations efficiently
• Ability to work across different time zones (US specifically)
