We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance & Accounts team as Executive - F&A. This role is central to maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across key functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bank guarantees, including issuance, coordination with banks, and reconciliation of records.
• Review contract clauses and BG clauses to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Verify BG charges for each transaction against agreed rates and respond to audit queries.
• Ensure timely and correct accounting and assignment of collections.
• Review unclaimed collections and coordinate with BU marketing for resolution.
• Support quarter-end closing activities by ensuring accurate and timely closure of accounts in line with reporting standards and internal controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Commerce () preferred; Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline required.
• 3+years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, with exposure to bank guarantees and reconciliations.
