Building and owning the FCRA compliance program from the ground up, the full-time remote FCRA Compliance Officer will manage policies, procedures, and consumer relations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Develop and implement the entity's FCRA compliance program, including policies, procedures, and training Oversee consumer relations processes, including dispute intake and reinvestigation within statutory timelines Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance compliance infrastructure and automate processes as needed Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in consumer financial services compliance, with hands-on FCRA experience at a consumer reporting agency Proven ability to build or significantly rebuild a compliance program from scratch Direct experience managing dispute and reinvestigation functions Strong writing skills for producing independent compliance documentation Legally authorized to work in the United States and residing in the country
