Required Professional Experience 5+ years of hands on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (User/Group/Access Management, Conditional Access, Access Policies), and Microsoft 365 identity objects Strong troubleshooting skills for user access, group membership, and directory synchronization issues Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining attention to detail Documentation and communication skills Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non technical teams Experience in production environment, change processes, ticketing systems IAM & PAM (Privileged Access Management) (RBAC, Least Privilege, SSO, MFA) IAM Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) Power Shell Scripting (Automation for IAM & AD Management) Integration with Security & Cloud Teams (Cross-functional IAM Collaboration) Security & Compliance (Audit, Risk Remediation, AD Access Reviews) IAM Process Optimization & Policy Enforcement IAM Project Management & Stakeholder Communication

Preferred Professional Experience Experience with Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, or identity governance Familiarity with ITSM tools and formal incident/change management frameworks Scripting or automation experience (Power Shell)
