Lead High-End Houston Properties as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Strong Landscaping maintains some of Houston's finest residential properties, and our clients expect detail-level care on every visit. This is a hands-on, working crew leader role. You'll mow, edge, trim, and prune right alongside your crew every day while leading the team and owning the finished look of every property on your route. It's a great fit for an experienced Landscape Foreman or Lawn Care Crew Leader who takes pride in precision work and would rather lead from the field than from the truck.

What You Will Do:

• Work side by side with your crew every day, performing mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, and property cleanup.
• Deliver high-end results: crisp edges, clean beds, properly shaped shrubs, and no debris left behind.
• Lead by example, setting the pace and the quality standard for your team.
• Run daily routes, assign tasks, and coach crew members while working alongside them.
• Walk each property before leaving to make sure it meets our standard.
• Inspect turf, beds, shrubs, and trees for plant health and irrigation issues, and report what you find to the office.
• Handle light installation work yourself, including sod, planting, transplanting, and bed refreshes.
• Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Represent Strong Landscaping professionally and courteously with every homeowner.

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of residential landscape maintenance experience; crew leadership experience preferred.
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in a polished finished product.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record, and experience towing a trailer.
• Skill with commercial mowers (including zero-turns), trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• A strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to perform physical outdoor work all day in Houston weather.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with high-end residential or estate properties.
• Experience with irrigation troubleshooting, fertilization programs, hardscapes, or plant identification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and prior experience training crew members.

Pay and Benefits:
