The organization has extensive experience building highly technical data center environments that emphasize reliability, efficiency, and predictable project outcomes. Job Description Manage data center construction projects from planning through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor coordination meetings. Oversee procurement, contracts, and change order management. Monitor project financials to ensure profitability and cost control. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. Support commissioning activities and project turnover. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Prior experience managing data center, mission-critical, or MEP-intensive projects. Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost management, and contract administration. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer Base salary: $120,000 - $170,000 Performance bonus opportunities.
