Buona Solutions LLP, a Jaipur-based Debt Recovery Agency, is seeking a Debt Manager for our portfolio management team. **About the Role:** Manage debt recovery portfolios for IDFC First Bank, ICICI Bank, and other financial institutions. Oversee portfolio performance, coordinate field operations, and ensure client compliance. **Requirements:** • 3-5+ years in debt recovery/collections • Proven portfolio target achievement • SARFAESI Act knowledge • Strong MIS & reporting skills • Bachelor's degree **Preferred:** Banking background | Collection software experience | Rajasthan market knowledge **Location:** Jaipur, Rajasthan Interested?
