Ace Recovery Group is a fast-growing commercial debt collection agency specializing in merchant cash advance (MCA), business loan, and B2B receivable recoveries. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Developer / AI & Automation Engineer to help give our team a competitive edge through technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.This isn't your typical developer role. You'll work directly with leadership to identify inefficiencies, build solutions, automate repetitive tasks, and implement AI across the business. If you enjoy solving real-world problems and seeing your work make an immediate impact, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoDesign and build custom internal software and business toolsEnhance and expand our CRM to improve productivity and reportingDevelop automations that eliminate repetitive manual workIntegrate AI platforms and large language models into daily operationsBuild API integrations between our CRM and third-party servicesCreate dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow management systemsResearch and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and scalabilityCollaborate with leadership to identify opportunities where technology can improve business performanceMaintain and optimize our existing systems while continuously introducing new ideasWhat We're Looking ForProfessional experience in software developmentExperience building or customizing CRM systemsStrong understanding of APIs, databases, automation, and system integrationsExperience with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation is highly preferredCuriosity and a passion for finding better, smarter ways to solve business problemsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience in fintech, financial services, collections, or lending is a plus, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits$75,000 - $90,000.00 annually (based on experience)Health InsuranceDental InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Annual performance bonusesFull-time, in-office positionMonday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
