Role Overview:
The Manager - Key Relationships - Premium Corporates will be a key member of the Corporate Employee Solutions team, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with premium corporate clients. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong client management capabilities, and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute relationship management strategies for premium corporate clients.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions and advice.
- Monitor and analyse client portfolios, providing regular updates and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to offer insightful advice.
- Manage and mentor a team of relationship officers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to corporates.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Strong networking skills and a professional, confident demeanor.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and relationship building.
