Job Summary: The Sales Associate role plays a key role in advancing Goodwill's mission by providing world-class service to customers and donors while helping transform donated goods into resources that support employment, training, and community programs. This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards throughout the donation processing area and retail sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly sorted, prepared, displayed, and presented for sale. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, the Sales Associate contributes to a positive shopping and donation experience, supports store performance goals, and helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for customers, donors, and fellow team members.
