Experienced Carpenter Foreman

We're looking for someone with at least 7 years of construction experience and with 1-2 years in a leadership rolel to join our team as a construction foreman. The ideal candidate is a jack-o-all-trades, comfortable with everything from carpentry to electrical work. We are a small business that is growing rapidly and we want a dedicated team player. We put a strong emphasis on quality construction and expect any addition to our staff to exhibit these qualities.

Must Haves:

Buidling Construction Experience 7-15 years; knowledge of basic building construction procedures

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to work independently and direct team members

Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Ability to life 50 lbs 

Comfortable with heights using proper PPE

Clean background screen (no violence or theft)

Nice to Have:

Concrete Experience

Masonry Experience 

Minor Electrical and Plumbing knowledge
