We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Operations Manager to manage the operational side of our mental health services in collaboration with our CEO, Executive Director, and clinical partners as we grow.
What you'd doDevelop operations protocols in collaboration with the Executive DirectorManage state licensure, certification, and enrollment applicationsKeep one calendar of licenses, renewals, and deadlines across statesLead day-to-day accreditation readiness for current and new sitesStand up new clinic sites and service lines
What we're looking for4+ years of behavioral health or licensed healthcare operations experienceHands-on state licensure, accreditation, and/or Medicaid enrollment experienceStrong procedure writing and project follow-throughPreferred: behavioral xzbcwsv health licensure or experience, and TMS operations experience
