Office Administrator

Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and organized Real Estate Operations Executive to support our day-to-day property business. The role includes managing property data, updating CRM records, following up with developers for availability, and assisting in reselling and coordination work. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with property owners, developers, clients, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update property data in Excel, CRM, and internal records. • Call developers, channel partners, and project teams to check property availability, pricing, and inventory updates. • Coordinate resale property listings and keep information accurate and current. • Assist in preparing property details, brochures, and client requirement sheets. • Follow up with clients and developers for responses, confirmations, and documentation. • Support lead management, inquiry tracking, and daily office coordination. • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and status updates. • Assist the sales and operations team with routine administrative tasks. Required Skills • Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. • Strong phone calling and follow-up skills. • Good knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. • Ability to organize property information accurately. • Basic understanding of real estate terms and property transactions. • Discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude. Preferred Qualifications • Graduate or equivalent qualification. • Prior experience in real estate administration, coordination, telecalling, or CRM data entry. • Familiarity with Ahmedabad property market is an advantage.
