Role: ERP PMO Lead / Program Coordinator (S/4HANA Program)

Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi

Requirements:

* Weekly governance cadence: workstream reviews, MoM within 24 hours, action closure

* Program dashboards & reporting: RAG, milestones, dependencies, key escalations

* *RAID discipline:* risks/issues tracked with owners, dates, mitigations; escalation hygiene

* *Change control hygiene:* CR register, impact template, approvals tracking, scope baseline updates

* Readiness tracking across: *data migration, **SIT/UAT + defects, **cutover checklist, **training completion*

* Document control: repository structure, versioning, signed-off artifacts

### Must-have skills

7+ Years of Experience

* Program manager experience on SAP ERP / large transformation programs

* Strong Excel + PowerPoint (clean dashboards, decision-ready reporting)

* Excellent follow-up discipline across senior stakeholders and vendors

* Comfort with tools like MS Project/Smartsheet; Jira/Confluence is a plus
