About the Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiatrist based in Bengaluru South. The Physiatrist will conduct comprehensive patient consultations to diagnose underlying issues and create personalized treatment plans. They will collaborate with orthopedic doctors and spine specialists to deliver evidence-based, non-surgical care. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols, and providing ongoing medical guidance to promote long-term recovery and well-being. The role involves contributing to a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to diagnose underlying issues. Create personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with orthopedic doctors and spine specialists. Monitor patient progress and ensure adherence to treatment protocols. Provide ongoing medical guidance to promote long-term recovery and well-being. Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve patient outcomes. Qualifications Expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation, including experience in managing spine and joint conditions. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills to identify the root cause of musculoskeletal issues and develop personalized treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear medical guidance and foster patient confidence. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including orthopedic doctors and therapists. Commitment to evidence-based practices, patient-centric care, and long-term recovery solutions. Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent), specialization in physical medicine, and valid medical license. Experience in non-surgical and rehabilitation-focused care is highly desirable.
