Job Description

Position Summary: The Senior Technology Developer will play a lead role in developing and maintaining technology-based solutions for our AES systems. The incumbent will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance. The Senior Technology Developer will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a software developer, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Extensive experience developing both frontend and backend services using modern tools such as React, Node, and/or Laravel, etc. Working experience with data processing tools based on Python In-depth knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL, Big Query, No SQL) and experience with writing complex queries and stored procedures. Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker) Working experience with ETL tools such as Airflow and/or DBT to construct/maintain data pipelines for a data warehouse. Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying secure and scalable software solutions. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices (version control, code reviews). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate junior developers. Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks relevant to educational institutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly software products.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive starting annual gross compensation package of INR 17,68,000/-. Additional benefits, such as insurance, will be provided.
