Job Title: Finance Manager – Corporate (Sarovar Hotels)
Location: Corporate Office (with frequent travel)
Role Summary:
Responsible for supporting finance operations across hotel units, especially those with vacant finance positions, and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance across properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Temporarily manage finance functions at units with vacant FM roles
Support and guide Unit Finance Managers in maintaining accurate financial records and systems
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
Review financial reports, audits, and internal controls across properties
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
Provide on-ground training and process improvements at unit level
Requirements:
Qualified MBA Finance or equivalent
5–8 years of experience in hospitality finance
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and controls
Willingness to travel extensively
