Cosmetics/Personal Care Sales Executive (BDE) Company: Leading Personal Care B2B E-commerce Company Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Payroll: Awign (Third-Party Payroll) Location: Local candidates only (within 10 km radius) Compensation: •

Salary: Up to 24,000 • Benefits: PF + Insurance • Travel Allowance: 200 per day • Incentives: Attractive & Performance-based

Limit: • Below 35 years Experience

Required: • Minimum 1 year of B2B field sales experience • Experience in Personal Care / Cosmetics category • Strong understanding of B2B sales, retailer onboarding & product pitching Education: • 12th Pass (Minimum Qualification) Additional Requirements: • Bike and valid driving license mandatory • Good communication & negotiation skills • Ability to achieve targets and handle field activities
