Regional Sales Manager - South

Location – Bangalore

Reporting to Managing Director

Experience Range - 10 to 15 Years

INSPIRING - YOUR FUTURE TASKS

 Continuous acquisition of new customers and projects in the area of responsibility

 Maintenance and expansion of assigned existing customers, OEM, Tier 1/2

 Customer-related sales responsibility

 Implementation of our market growth strategy

 Competent support for technical customer requirements

 Operational project support with customer R& D or project management

 Regular visits to domestic customers including their support and advice

 Preparation of quotations ready for signature and product-related supply contracts as well as

framework agreements in consultation with Sales Manage

 Participation in domestic trade fairs

 Participation in internal sales meetings incl. presentation

 Continuous market and competition observation

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 Graduate engineer or technician with a focus on electrical engineering

 Proven sales success in the Automotive or Home Appliance Industry, OEM, Tier 1, preferably

in Area of contacting systems

 Proven commercial success in terms of sales and project realization

 Business English spoken and written fluently

 Comprehensive solution and system-oriented way of working

 Good communication and teamwork skills

 Willingness to travel
