Jr. Client Onboarding Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Analyst to support a global initiative focused on enhancing client onboarding and account opening systems within a leading financial institution. This role will primarily focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with Operations and Technology teams to ensure systems and processes function effectively across the client onboarding lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support the creation and validation of client- and account-level test data. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across global client onboarding applications and account opening systems. Partner with global Operations and Technology teams to review test results, identify issues, and support resolution efforts. Ensure accuracy and consistency of test data across systems. Support ongoing improvements to client onboarding and account opening processes. Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout testing activities. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, account opening, or a related function within a multinational financial institution. Familiarity with AML/KYC onboarding processes and client account structures. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and manage large volumes of data. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or system implementation initiatives is a plus. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
