Role Description This is an on-site, contract role for a Social Media Manager based in Panaji. The Social Media Manager will manage the firm's social media presence across platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing content aligned with the firm's strategic advisory focus and brand voice. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights. The role involves collaborating with advisory teams to translate complex public affairs and regulatory topics into accessible content, engaging with online communities, and staying current with trends and best practices in social media and digital communications.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing professional accounts and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning editorial calendars and aligning content with organizational goals.
- Candidates should have familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, basic reporting), and the ability to interpret data for optimization.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in public affairs, strategic communications, policy, or professional services is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
