This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as a DVP/VP Credit Real Estate financing
Designation: DVP/VP Credit Real Estate financing
Industry: Banking/NBFC
Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
- Analyze developer financial statements, cash flows, and repayment capacity.
- Review project-specific cash flows and conduct financial modeling.
- Evaluate collateral, property valuation reports, title documents, and construction progress.
- Calculate key credit metrics such as LTV and DSCR .
- Assess credit risk and identify key mitigants.
- Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) for Credit Committee approval.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, valuation, and business teams throughout the credit evaluation process.
