Tallgrass Freight Co. is looking to partner with experienced Freight Brokers who are seeking a remote and commission-based freight sales opportunity. Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving a high percentage split, mentoring and back office support.

Responsibilities:Your own shipping customers; maintain & develop your existing accounts and prospect for new accountsProfessional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchersTracking and documenting relevant activities
Agent's Receive:High percentage splits (uncapped commissions)Back office supportAccess to a qualified leads databaseAccess to ~10,000 carriers with fast set-up of new contract carriersFull visibility to your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissionsCustomized CRMBenefits available
Requirements:Experienced freight brokerEstablished and portable xzbcwsv book of businessEntrepreneurial mind set with a desire to maximize income on a commission basis
