Achieve desired Business Volume for laboratory business- Ensuring achievement of laboratory business plan for the given region & accounts. To develop new accounts & ensuring their enhancement. 2. Working Capital Management- Maintaining good control on working capital. 3. Key account Management Maintaining good relationship with key accounts and building relationship with new key accounts. Creating & maintaining Laboratory database. 4. Market Coverage- Conduct Developmental Activities. 5. Business from dealers
