Marketing coordinator

We're Hiring – Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team in developing high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and client-facing content.

Location: Remote

Shift: Night Shift – aligned with US/PST hours

Working Hours: As per PST / corresponding IST night shift

Position: Full-Time

Experience: 1+ years

Salary: No fixed salary range – competitive compensation based on experience and skills; no salary constraint for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation and production of proposals, presentations, SOQs, and other marketing materials Assist with writing, editing, formatting, layouts, graphics, resumes, and schedules Organize and maintain marketing images, photos, graphics, and related data Ensure proposal and marketing documents are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines Maintain required forms and supporting documents for qualifications, proposals, contracts, and marketing activities Collect and organize customer feedback for management review Maintain sales and marketing performance records and assist with analyzing marketing initiatives Develop and distribute sales, training, and marketing materials Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Marketing team

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business, marketing, promotional sales, customer service, or a related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience creating SOQs, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of marketing experience Experience with Adobe, Photoshop, In Design, MS Publisher, Share Point, or MS Project Knowledge or experience working within the engineering industry
