Job Title: SAP ISU FICA Consultant

Experience Range: 5- 14 Years

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Key Skills:

SAP IS-U certification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 4-5 years in SAP IS-U FICA. Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects in utility industries. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP IS-U FICA. Configure and support SAP IS-U FICA processes including: Business Partner Contract Account Management Payments and Returns Security Deposits Dunning Collections Management Write-offs Installment Plans Refund Processing Interest Calculation Correspondence Management Disconnection and reconnection Integrate FICA with: SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing Device Management Customer Service General Ledger (FI) SAP CRM SAP S/4 HANA Utilities BMD & TMD Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments. Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities. Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Post-Go-Live Support. Work with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams during implementation and support projects. Provide production support and resolve critical incidents within defined SLAs. Participate in enhancement, rollout, and transformation projects.
