Analyst, Deal Desk & Contract Analytics Position Overview: This role is responsible for ensuring accurate cost assignment, margin transparency, revenue recognition support, and overage billing integrity across client contracts. The position will operationalize a structured tracking process that consolidates contractual entitlements and reconciles them against actual platform and service usage across multiple enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: • Pull usage data from Snowflake. • Map usage to contract entitlements. • Maintain entitlement vs. usage dashboards. • Refresh dashboards monthly. • QA anomalies (usage spikes, missing account IDs, mismatches). • Prepare monthly, CS-ready insights. • Partner with CS Ops, BI, and Data Engineering on data issues. • Execute monthly entitlement-to-
